Stay informed about your account activity with quick, convenient alerts. You can receive alerts on any accounts that are enrolled in your online/mobile banking. Choose alerts via login or text, or both – whichever format fits your lifestyle!
Choose alerts based on events like transfers and maturity dates; balance amounts; item clearing and personal alerts like paying a bill or checking on a transfer.
To set up your account Text Alerts for the first time, click on the Options Tab and enter your mobile phone number. Then click the Carrier Search button to choose your mobile provider. If you're not sure of your carrier, send a text message to your email. It will show you the correct carrier extension.
To receive text message confirmations of Bill Pay, and transfers completed via the mobile app, click on the Mobile Banking tab and choose Yes in Receive Text Message Alerts.
